PSYCHOLOGY & PSYCHOTHERAPY

Psychology Services
I offer a holistic approach to therapy, tailored to each person’s circumstances, needs and concerns. I do not assume that the same approach will suit everyone; instead, I draw on different therapeutic perspectives depending on what may be most helpful for you.
Therapy may be focused and short-term, or may involve longer-term psychotherapy when difficulties are more longstanding, complex, or deeply rooted. Together, we can consider what you are experiencing and what kind of support is likely to be most useful.
I may be a good fit if you have found previous therapy unhelpful, or if you are experiencing persistent difficulties with mood, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, addictions, or recurring patterns that you have struggled to understand or change.
